your issue and a trained member of staff can resolve your

Return Policy for Unwanted Items
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.
Should you wish to return an Item(s) purchased from us!
We will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided
it is in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged
packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us
in a fully resaleable condition! We reserve the right to
refuse a refund on the item(s) (in which case the item will
be returned to you), or deduct 25% of the original selling
price from the refund amount.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or
exchange the product once it is received by us and the product
has been examined. The delivery charge of £4.50, incurred
by Stairlift Trader when sending the goods to the purchaser
originally, will be deducted from any final refund amount
calculated.
Stairlift Trader return process for unwanted items
For all unwanted returns, An email notification must be
supplied sent to: returns@stairlifttrader.com You should
also contact Stairlift Trader by phone 0161 370 6999 and
explain why you would like to return the item(s)
A member of the Stairlift Trader returns department will
then contact you within 1-2 working days.
If your return is accepted, you will be issued with a RMA
returns number and details of where to send your unwanted
item by email.
Upon receipt, we will examine the returned good(s) and
notify you by email of the outcome. Refunds are normally
issued within 5-7 working days.
Returns of Faulty Goods
Should you wish to return anything purchased from
us that has developed a fault! We will be happy to exchange
the product provided it is still under guarantee and a valid
proof of purchase is supplied (such as an invoice, receipt,
copy of bank statement etc).

you within 2 working days.
If your return is accepted, you will be issued with a RMA
returns number by email and details of where to send your
unwanted item. Please follow these instructions carefully
and send the item back in its original box packaging (with
further protection if desired) to avoid damage in transit.
Any damage during transit may invalidate your guarantee
and the item returned back to you.
Upon receipt, we will examine the returned good(s) and
notify you by email of the outcome. Any replacement will
be issued and you will receive a further email notifying
of the dispatch.
If no fault is found by our trained engineers /technicians,
a 25% charge for diagnoses will be applied to your account
and the product sent back to you.
Please note: your guarantee does not cover faults that
have occurred from natural wear and tear or your ability
to rectify the fault that caused the item to fail in the
first place.
