Once you have placed
an order, you will receive an email confirmation. An invoice
will also be emailed confirming your order and when the
item will be dispatched and (ETA) Estimated Time of Arrival

How Much Does It Cost:
Delivery is £4.50 or less depending on the
weight of the item(s) UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern
Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire) and are usually delivered
1-3 working days. (over 95% of orders are delivered next
day when ordered before 1pm). Some products might incur
an additional delivery charge, of course you will be notified
before processing your order.
How Long Does It Take:
Items ordered before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday
- Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered the
next working day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm.
(assuming that the item is in stock). Every effort is made
by Stairlift Trader & the delivery agents to achieve
this for our customers although the standard fee does not
guarantee next day delivery.
Orders taken on Friday (after 1.00pm), Saturday or Sunday
will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Orders taken on Friday before 1.00 pm will normally be dispatched
on Friday.
Stairlift Trader relies upon the services of a number of
courier services. Although we make every effort to keep
to our word there are unfortunately a few occasions when
the couriers fail to perform the service to our high expectations.
This happens very rarely. We cannot be held responsible
for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt,
Stairlift Trader will not refund the standard delivery charge
if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the
expected delivery date
