Introduction
Due to unforeseen circumstances you may wish to return
a product/item to us.
We have created this returns policy 10/10/2011 to enable
you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
(2) Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product
and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless
be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) We receive the returned product
within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product
item/part
(b) The returned product is unused,
in its original packaging with any labels still attached
and otherwise in a condition enabling us to restock the
item for resale
(c) The item/items must be returned
at the purchaser’s expense within one month from
the purchase date on the receipt invoice
(d) As required by “Distance Selling
Regulations” details of our sales services and guarantees,
if any are quoted for the product/item can be found on
our website listed next to the item for sale. If the Item
product is pre-used this will clearly be stated on the
website and invoice
(d1) If you cancel any order before
items have been sent dispatched, we will refund you the
price of the Goods and any delivery charges
(d2) If you cancel the order after we
have sent/despatched the items, we will refund the price
of the ordered items only.
(d3) If you cancel the order after we
have sent/despatched the items, you must return them within
7 days in the same condition in which you received them.
We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been marked
or damaged.
(d4) After one month, goods/items can
only be returned if Stairlift Trader Ltd agrees Stairlifttrader
Ltd will levy a restocking charge of 10% of the value
of the goods returned.
(d5) This section does not affect your
rights in the event that the Goods are faulty.

In order to take advantage of your rights under this

details and reasons for the return

(4) Exclusions
The following kinds of products may not be returned under
this policy:
(a) PCB Printed Circuit Boards Stairlift
Trader has a strict No refund policy with the supply of
new or Pre-used circuit boards.
(b) Any Items specially ordered or manufactured
for bespoke applications such as
Stairlift Rails/Tracks
Cables/Trailing Flex Cables cut to size
Oils Hydraulic Fluid
....
(5) Refunds
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product
properly returned by you in accordance with the terms
of this returns policy excluding the original delivery
charges and excluding the costs of returning the product
to us. All refunds will be credited within 14 working
days

(6) Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy
(and where you do not have any other legal right to return
the product):
(a) We will not refund or exchange the
product;
(b) We may retain the returned product
until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge
for redelivery of the returned product items
