hasn't anyone made an offer for my second hand used stairlift?
There could be many factors! Location, Price set to high, Stairlift
make / model obsolete or just the plain fact that stairlift
companies prefer to buy and fit certain types / models of stairlifts

much are second hand stair lifts selling for?
Now
I don't want to dampen your spirits! Its not often that most
people are presented with the task of selling used second hand
stair lifts Chair lifts. Like it or not, Stair lifts depreciate
in value from the moment you buy them, and i mean depreciate
in value dramatically. Depending on the make & model this
could be hundreds or even thousands of pounds
It's
a buyers market
"Don't
shoot the messenger" Sadly its a buyers market and
no matter how much you paid for your stairlift you will be lucky
to get a quarter of its full value price. If the stairlift Chair
lift is over 5 years old? then unless there is a company that
solely deals in the model you have, it could be near impossible
to sell or even give it away
C'mon
you're just saying that so you or other stairlift companies
/ traders can grab a bargain from us poor uneducated laymen?
I wish the above was true but as you will find out its 100%
accurate

companies that offer New or Reconditioned stair lifts for sale.
This includes the installation and warranty etc. The million
dollar question? How can i get the best price for my unwanted
stairlift and how much should i ask

all selling markets the second hand stairlift trade fluctuates
weekly. Lets hope
you landed on a good week. Hold back a mo; while i take a puff
on my big cigar... Seriously it does fluctuate and if there
is a surpluses of stock floating about prices bottom out just
like any other market

could start by doing a little research! Pop over to that huge
auction site eBay
and see what prices are being paid at auction. Sift through
a few months of back listings. Don't be surprised to see stairlift
listings with no bids! As explained above certain models just
don't sell or the seller has made the fatal mistake of starting
his listing price far to high

you have some idea of the selling prices think sensible! Don't
ask for a price that is to low (You can never raise a price
but you can always lower) That said; Start
to high and no one will contact you. A really good tip if selling
your stairlift via online classifieds is to add "ono"
on the end of your price (Or nearest Offer) Example: £300.00

you are prepared to negotiate the price within reason. If the
phone starts ringing chances are your stairlift model is flavor
of the month.
