We placed an order for a set of batteries at 9:00am at 3:00pm we received a phone call from the spares section stating Paypal had not notified them of the order transaction. We had missed the 2:00pm deadline for next day delivery

We felt we had let our next door neighbor down as we had promised him all items had been ordered and would arrive tomorrow at the latest

I then received a phone call from the owner "Graham" who kindly informed us he would send his own engineer to drop a set of batteries off. The engineer arrived 8:30pm on a Friday night Now that is what we call customer care Thank You so Much J. Walsh

We phoned at 10:00am Graham said he could have an engineer attend within the hour. A nice young man called Mike arrived and quickly carried out the survey. He explained to ensure the stairlift was safe to use we would need a false step installed at the bottom of the staircase

Mike said not a problem I can do that for you if you pay for the timber he then went to B&Q and purchased the timber arrived back on site and adapted our stairs. He even had a stairlift in his van and cut the rail track to size on our driveway within 4 hours we had a stairlift installed which looks like brand new with a 12 month warranty and all for £850

I have never received such tremendous treatment and support from anyone or organisation. Me and my wife would without doubt recommend your company and fast service to anyone. Great Job and overly impressed from start to finish. J. Abbott and family
